Guidelines- August 7: I had fun the other night, if you couldn't tell from the 'gore whore' shots. See the few bad ass non-stock images on my main account: ~blackstreak.
The Key System
You may have noticed that in the deviation titles I have things along the line of 15FP, this is simply a key system I have; the numbers state the models age, F states gender and P states that it is a portrait photograph. For more information about the keys see The Key System.
Credit & Notification
Credit/link to either the original stock image, this stock account (preferred) or my main account (~blackstreak).
Notification of usage with a link to the finished work is compulsory, as I and the models (where applicable) would much like to see what you have created and all works derived from my stock are added to favourites.
Permissions
My permission is required for the use of my stock for:
- Prints (DA included).
- Off Site.
- Commercial Use.

Exceptions
- You can upload images to your personal portfolio website, provided that you still send me the link.
- You may print your works at home if it is for personal use or as a gift for a friend. If you are selling these prints that is reguarded as commercial use and my permission is required prior to use in such ways.
Restrictions
- Darkroom: Resubmission of any works either with minor editing (such as seen in the darkroom gallery) or no editing at all (such as seen in the photography gallery) will give cause for reporting to the DA staff.
- Models Under 18: In the deviation's title you will find the age of the model when the stock photo was taken: please keep that in mind when creating works of a 'devious' nature; excuse the pun. Simply put, models under 18 years of age are not to be used in sexually themed artworks. You can, however use their photos as reference for such themed works, so long as it is not apparent in the art work that it is said person of said age. Meaning that distinguishing characteristics of the model (and age of said model) are removed/altered/repainted/etc. Note: I'm unsure whether this is against deviantART rules or not so if it is can you please tell me so immediately as I do not wish to be stepping on anyone's toes, especially that of the artist's taking my word for it!
Requests and Suggestions
Feel free to request or suggest any stock photos or poses, excluding nude. All stock images will be submitted to the public domain, regardless of whom requested them. Private (not public domain) stock images shall only ever be rewards for contests and gifts for friends.
